What areas do you cover?
We are based near Swindon, Wiltshire and deliver for free to locations within a 10 mile radius of SN2 7HL.
What's included when I book a Teepee Wonderland party?
Each package includes delivery, set up and collection the next morning:

How much space will I need?
Each tent will need 2m x 1m. If you have additional space at the foot of the beds we can place the trays there, if not trays can be placed on the beds or elsewhere if you prefer. Mattresses measure 1.85m x 76cm and trays are 56cm x 36cm. Please kindly clear space ready for our arrival to set up your party.
How do I book a party?
Please either complete our contact form, email us, message us via Facebook or call us and we will let you know if your preferred date is available. If you would like to proceed we will send you a booking form and details of how to pay. Please note a booking is only confirmed once your £30 deposit and completed booking form have been received and acknowledged.
What payment is required?
We require a £30 deposit to secure your booking. Final payment is due 14 days before the party along with a £50 refundable security deposit. We aim to return the security deposit to you within 48 hours of collection of equipment. In the unlikely event that any items are missing / damaged payment will be deducted from the security deposit.
Do I need to provide parking?
Yes, we would need to park either on your driveway or directly outside your house because we have lots of equipment to deliver. If you have any possible issues with parking, please contact us to discuss.
What age range are the tents suitable for?
We recommend the tents are used by children age 5+.
Can the tents be used outside?
Our hand made tents are suitable for indoor use only.
How are the tents and other equipment cleaned?
All of our bedding is freshly laundered for each party. The tents covers are removable and washable.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things don't quite go to plan and we'll do our best to accommodate changes of date more than 14 days in advance of the party. Please note however, deposits are non refundable and more details of our cancellation policy are available in our terms and conditions.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have £2 million public liability insurance.
